A1: TRISAN have reliable and strict quality control system: IQC, IPQC and FQC testing.
Q2: What payment ways available?
A2: TRISAN accept Trade Assurance, T/T, L/C, Western Union, Alipay payment.
Q3: Can I get some samples? When I could get it(them)?
A3: Yes, sample orders are welcomed, sample cost and freight charge are on buyer’s account.
Samples without brand logo will be ready in 7 days, with logo printing will be 10-15 days.
Q4: Can I customize logo or package?
A4: Yes, customized logo or package is welcomed, pls contact us for MOQ.
Q5: What is your delivery time?
A5: Sample: around 5-10 days.
500-3000pcs: around 15-35 days
3000-50000pcs: negotiation
Delivery time is subject to order quantity, customized or not.
Q7: How do we deliver the goods?
A7: By sea to your nearest port.
By air to your nearest airport.
By express(DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS) to your door.
